Welcome New Patients!

Dear New Patient,

Thank you for choosing Healing Alternatives as the first stop on the road to your improved health. Please browse our website for answers to your questions about our clinic and our services. You may click here to view some of our many patient testimonials.

So that we can spend more time together during your consultation, and less time with the preliminary paperwork on the day of your appointment, please download our new patient forms below. We ask that you complete the forms prior to your first visit at our office. You can mail, drop off, or fax them to (407) 682-7180.  In addition, please bring any medications, supplements, vitamins and/or herbals you are currently taking with you to your appointment. In the event your are unable to keep the recently set appointment, please call us at (407) 682-7111 so that we might reschedule a date and time that is more suitable for you.

Again, thank you for allowing us this opportunity to be of service to you. Should you have any questions or need additional information regarding your initial consultation, please do not hesitate to call us at the telephone number shown above.

We look forward to meeting you,

Lisa Beaury, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Integrative Wellness Specialist
Dr. Kathleen MacIsaac, M.D.
JoAnn Fekany, L.M.T.
Sally Alford, Office Manager
